every one in Louisiana that has WELLS FARGO for their home loans and was flooded back in august has had a hard time getting them to release there money so they can start to rebuild their homes and their lives. It is bad enough we had to go through something so unexpected but to have to fight TOOTH AND NAIL TO GET WHATS OURS! we pay our loans, we pay our insurance companies, taxes and live as decent people and this is how we get treated, WELLS FARGO YOU STINK, I will not recommend you to anyone!

we recently went through a flood on august 14th and have had nothing but trouble trying to get our money that the flood insurance allowed us. wells fargo signed and sent us a check for 5 thousand to start and rebuild our house. it took another month to get a check for 6,500 . we have used money out of our own pocket to help get things going. every body working on house wants half of the cost to get started. our flood insurance allowed us a total of 92,000 dollars for our claim, so far as of today November 2nd 2016 we have only received only 17,000 dollars and we are at about 60% finished. they keep giving us the run around about oh you didn't do this or that or they need more paper work, all bullshit .I want my money so I can pay my creditors to work and finish my home. On top of all this drama our youngest and last daughter is to be married on November 18th 2016. I can't tell you how this has affected my whole family! we are ALWAYS ON TIME with our house payments and most of the time we are 2 payments ahead! why is WELLS FARGO treating us this way. I have heard a lot of negative and bad deals that wells Fargo is in trouble using fake accounts to us. MUST BE A DEMOCRAT COMPANY! I WANT WELLS FARGO TO RELEASE MY MONEY SO I CAN REPAIR MY HOME,I shouldn't have to resort to retaining a lawyer to settling this matter, but I will if that what it takes. Also a nice letter to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU CAN'T HURT EITHER!
