Every day is a nightmare working with Wells Fargo Property Loss Department. Their call center reps are poorly trained and not able to engage with the customer on property loss...such misinformation. Every day is a different set of instructions. Wells Fargo Property Loss Department deposited our State Farm claim check for $115,000 several weeks ago and we have yet to see a penny. I call several times a day to see what the hold up is and get excuses. Per their process you upload documents and then nothing happens. I call daily to ensure they are looking at/understanding the documents I submit. We had a fire loss 10 weeks ago and I am writing personal checks to contractors for services rendered while I'm waiting for Wells Fargo to distribute funds. Very disappointed!!! Oh and when you ask for the call to be escalated you WAIT...I was on hold for over 30 minutes, twice, waiting for a resolution specialist.
