Poor everything

I've bought a pair of boots from Welly Warehouse, and after a week of hearing nothing and them failing to arrive I rang them. I was told that they'd been trying to get in touch with me, yet that is simply not true: they have my number, my friend's number and my email address, none of which have received any message from Welly Warehouse.

Apparently the boots I ordered may now be out of stock. While they 'investigated' the situation they kept me hanging on their premium line for four minutes. I hung up, rang back and asked that they phone me back after investigating, but have they come back to me? Have they heck. When I phone them their line is perpetually busy, no doubt fielding calls from other irate customers. How I wish I'd read this forum before ordering these boots, but I will get a refund out of these people if I have to take them to county court.
