My replacement wellies
Hello,
Just wondering when you will send me my replacement Chamour wellies, further to our exchange of emails! I posted the name tags off to you on 16th February.as you instructed me to do. I paid £100 for these wellies with a 2 year quarantee this was the reason I gave you the business! I also sent you the ref no with the tags and as yet I’ve not even had an email from you stating the actions your taking! I’m desperately needing my wellies. The first pair you sent me when I first ordered them from you lasted around 4 months before leaking very badly, you were true to your obligations then and sent me a replacement pair within a week which I was very impressed with! However when they also have started to leak after around 10 months, again I sent you the tags from the front of the wellies, and now I need a Euro size 45.
I hope you will fulfill your responsibility and get this sorted for me as soon as possible.
Please can you email me as too just when I can. Expect to recieve them.

Sent me cheaper model, then kept the delivery money!!!!
They sent me a cheaper model than the one I had ordered and paid for. Didn't reply to my mails (two: to their info and customer care addresses). Then I called and they told me to send the boots back, that they would send me the ones I had bought.
Now instead I've just got a refund for only the boots!! Not for the £5 delivery!!!!!!
I'm left with no boots and £5 less!!!!??

Unsatisfactory Quality of Product
Having purchased a pair of Evercreatures wellies November 2016, in January 2017 the left wellington split in two places (the ankle and around the side of the foot), so water then was able to penetrate the boot.
Having only had the wellington boots for 2-3 months for walking the dog, I was incredibly disapointed that they should have split after such a short period of time and as such I was very disappointed with product. To date I have I emailed Welly Warehouse on two occassions, one in January to inform them of the unsatisfactory product and to ask what could be done, and the second was 12 days later, having still not received any response from Welly Warehouse regarding my complaint.
It has now been 15 days since my initial email to complain about the faulty/unsatisfactory product and I am yet to receive any response, even to simply acknowledge my email and let me know that it is being dealt with.
A very disapointing experience and yet I intend to persever until my complaint is acknowledged and something done to rectify the issue of faulty/unsatisfactory goods. Next step - Twitter.

No boots, no email, no refund... no customer service!
What an awful company. Do not use them, they will take your money and you'll have to fight to get it back. Their customer service is non existent. The owners must be laughing all the way to the bank with all this stolen money, they are either idiots or scammers. I'm now attempting to resolve this through the Paypal dispute system; never been so happy that I used Paypal to pay for this as hopefully it means I will get my money back.

After winning a competition in our local Living Social magazine (£25 voucher i didn't receive straight away i had to complain to the magazine to get the said voucher, Living Social I wouldn't let them promote/advertise in your magazine) .
I thought I would splash out and treat myself to what I thought would be a really decent pair of wellies. They were not cheap £84.99 to be exact but on placing my order over the phone?! i was told they were in stock and that I would receive said wellies within 7 days they also came with free socks (woo woo), the wellies did not arrive i had a phone call telling me that they were out of stock and that i could have some green ones instead (i wanted Black), I chose to wait another 2 weeks for delivery, they came packaged only in a box with no inside packaging to surround the wellies so marks became visible while in transit and a small scuff was on one wellie, the wellies were clearly not worth £84.99. All this happened between September and October 2015 when the wellies were ordered and returned.
Its now Jan 2016, I am still waiting for my refund emails are going between myself and customer care adviser ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY £59.99 in total.

So avoid this company like the plague I only wish I had found this page first i would not have bothered even with a free voucher, they are clearly happy to take your money but won't refund when the item is sent back.

what a joke of a company
So much like most (all except 1 and that was in 2012!) of the reviews on here, I too have had a bad experience with this company. I added a comment on their Facebook page but wanted to warn others not to use this company. I bought 4 pairs of wellys and a pair of socks on the 30th November 2015. I received 1 pair of wellys over a week later but it was not the pair I ordered! Eh! Also days after placing my order I found out that one pair wasn't in stock but their system allows you to buy them even though they don't have them. A week or so after that I received another pair of wellys and pair of socks but should have also received another pair as well. Why they don't send a full order in one go is beyond me! If they are getting them from different suppliers it's clearly not working! Limited updates from them if you don't chase them and they just apologise but nothing seems to happen. I gave up dealing with them direct and opened a dispute with Paypal. I'm so glad I paid through PayPal! I won my claim for a full refund if I returned the incorrect item and the 1 pair of wellies I received correctly and pair of socks. Unfortunately I had to pay £22 for postage and packing to return the items but I will receive my £77 back! According to my online tracking numbers, the items have been received by welly warehouse but unsurprisingly they have not let PayPal know they have received them! Guess they don't like parting with other people's money they have taken! Terrible customer service and completely incompetent. I would avoid this company!!!

Non delivery
Ordered pair of muck boots on 30/11/2015 email to confirm it payment took out of bank on 1/12/2015 11/12 no boots emailed them 5 times plus one phone call on 14/12 they inform me boots are out of stock I'm now waiting for my refund an absolute joke of a company

No refund after 2 months !!!
Purchased a pair of boots 3rd September and paid for next day delivery. 3 weeks later no boots. I call them and they tell me the supplier can not supply..fair enough so I ask for a refund. Told I would be issued a cheque. Waited two weeks. Call again. Told "sorry, don't understand why it wasn't issued". Ok. I wait two further weeks. I call yesterday 27/10/2015 to find out where my refund is (even I'm getting bored of this) someone called Lily assures me I will be refunded on my card that very afternoon, woohoo !!! And I will receive a confirmation email telling me this has been done 👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼 No ! Didn't happen. I call again today and was told that there was a problem with transferring the money back on my card. However, they would try again today and call me if there was a problem. I think you may know by now, I'm not holding out much hope with that one. 16.43 ( approx 3 hours later) and nothing.
Emailed, tweeted and called for MY money and still no joy...yet.
So, as Mrs Hammond from Surrey said "keep up the good work" !!!!!!!!!! Amazing customer service, amazing company.. Took my money and ran !!!!

KEEP AWAY!
I ordered a pair of wellies, and 10 days later they are still not dispatched.
The money is withdrawn though. Grrrr….
I have written 3 mail, without any answer. So I guess they just stole my money.
KEEP away from this haux company.

Order undelivered
I ordered a pair of boots and over 10 days later they have still not been sent. I email the customer service yet the reply I recieved stayed that the shop is closed until the 7th of April although it is the 13th now so the email made no sense. I am hugely displeaseased with how my order is being handled

No refund after one month !
Having ordered some wellys from welly warehouse, I then saw that they were more than £20 cheaper in Amazon. I then following instructions on ' price match guarantee ' and sent an e mail to welly warehouse re price difference. NO ANSWER. So I returned the wellys via collect plus returns service and waited .....
Over ONE MONTH later I have still not received a refund for my wellys, nor any confirmation of their return and no reply to my latest e mail.
WELLY WAREHOUSE - your customer service really is appalling !

Unsatisfactory Condition/Quality of Goods
I have had the same problem. This is the 2nd pair of Hunters I have ordered. The first being great. 2nd pair have very obvious marks on them that will not come off, like scratch marks. I was told to take a picture and email it to Rachel, they would then get back to me. No they didn't. I called again and was asked to resend, which I did. Still nothing. Finally spoke with them again last week to be told to buy the buffer off the website for £4.99 and then if this doesn't work to call back. We finally decided to just send them back for an exact exchange however the company they use are just as painful. Print off the label, costs £3.99 and take to your nearest shop/petrol statio which will handle the return. Unfortunately the petrol station attendant didn't know how to use the machine...so we still have them. Awful customer service.
