Dirty Nasty Kitchen and Staff

I am a service technician, and recently, I was performing a service call at this location (the West Side Drive In Boise Idaho) when I noticed a nest of bugs in the kitchen area of this dive. Lou Arron, owner of this fast food drive in was told about it and came into the kitchen area with a can of bug spray, Sprayed the bugs kicked them around and said, "there, that ought to do", and walked off. I even witnessed an employee drop sandwich condiments on the floor, pick them up and place then onto a sandwich on his prep table and serve the product., not to mention this kitchen worker was just dripping with sweat and all over the foot he was preparing. Now that is sick and wrong.
This place was an absolute bacteria factory hands down. While I was working on the Ice Machine, I also noted a large amount of black mold growing in the ice bin, the water distribution tubes and on the grid its self. I informed the owner known as "Chef Lou" aka Lou Arron, he simply said "I'm going to replace it soon, just put it back together".
Normally, I can stomach just about anything being a service technician, yet this was one of the worst restaurants (kitchens) I have ever been in and I mean top 5 worst...and I have been a service tech for 23 years.

Dirty Nasty Kitchen and Staff

Equipguy is actually a person by the name of Chuck Kinghorm of King Used Food Equipment, located in Nampa Idaho on Franklin Blvd across the street from the Shilo Inn.
It is my understanding that Mr. Kinghorn and Apollo Equipment were recently in litigation as Mr. Kinghorn sold "bogus" equipment to Apollo and this resulted in a suit being initiated by Apollo Equipment.
The end results were Mr. Kinghorn was found to be liable to the cost of the "bogus" equipment and therefore, a civil judgment was entered against him for damages incurred by Apollo Equipment in excess of $9, 000.
More So, Mr Kinghorn was a former employee of Standard Restaurant Equipment as an outside salesman. Mr Chuck Kinghorn was terminated from Standard Restaurant Equipment for theft among other things.
There is ample reason for Mr. Kinghorn to be upset as he is in the practice of selling used "bogus" equipment, not to mention stealing from employers, failing to pay his financial debts and attempting to harm the reputation of those in the community for no apparent reason.
