Scam email from western union saying that they have money for me and that I must send money to them in order for me to pick it up it’s not real it’s fake it’s a scam I told the person emailing me that it was a scam and they said they will have me arrested by the FBI I am uploading screenshots please be aware

They keep sending me emails saying if I send $59.00 .they'll send me $5000.00.is this a scam??
