Westgate Cruise and Travel
Every time I call to check on my expired Westgate Cruise and Travel no one can explain to me why it expired and what I can do to reinstate it. Westgate sucks.

harrasment phone to get a paymnent membership
A representative call many times, I tried not to answer....they always want to offer us travel complimentary for membership payment.
On 11-14-2017, Luis Pichardo talked to me, mixed me with the company Westgate Villas where I own a timeshare and told me at I have to renew for a lifetime membership, harrasme me telling me 2 options: 1. paying every yeart $399 or $149and then $49 nad a $115 during 22 months no interest for benefits complimentary ...
He push me to show me that's an obligation fromm the time we bought our timeshare.
He asked me my credit card telling me that I have 10 days to cancell the payment of $149 but say the the other option will be $399 a year and can be more in the future.
I seemed to have at that time no choice. I thought it was Westgate.
On 11-15-2017, I called Westgate, my timeshare, after talking to an American consumer credit counselling to call Westgate to move from autodraft to self pay to make sure that they will not take money from my credit card.
When I called there they explain to me that Westgate cruis travel cannot oblige me to be a member with them. They are a thier party with Westgate.
On 11-15-2017, I let 2 messages on registered call to Luis Pichardo representative of Westgate cruise &Travel to cancel everything and my credit card access that I gave them 2 days ago because squize by him how forces me to make a quick decision. I asked him to call me back as soon as possible. Up now,no call from him.
I checked this morning in my account. At Payment Details, it's written this:
We are working on enhancing our system so that you can conveniently manage your account payment information. For questions, please call 866-203-7921.
Impossible for me to manage payments and to take off my credit card information and move the autopayment done since 2 days ago by phone under harrasment.
