This company has withdrawn 35 dollars out of my bank account without my consent twice now. They list their name as WFC PBP CP and my bank statement lists it as an authorized pay by phone authorized withdrawal, although I have not authorized whoever this company is to withdraw any money from my account. Also, I have never received any sort of statement from them ever. I have never have even done an automated bank pay through my bank for any company besides for my car insurance each month because I receive a discount on my rate by signing up for auto-pay. The amounts and name do not match, and I get a statement from them ever month. I don't know who is taking this money out of my account or even who and how I can find out, or even a phone number to inquire about this charge????? All I can do to stop this withdrawal is to sign a fraud statement at my bank to stop them from being able to make a pay by phone withdrawal every month. At a loss, and without a clue as to who is doing this, and how to contact this place!!!
