i have a problem that when i try to make a purchase on my account they have to contact head office now they say my id is invalid i have just received a new id documnet i dont know why i have to go through this all the time what is the problem with my account that everytime i make a purchase the head office should be called this is uncalled for and totally a waste of my time cause i have to wait for long for you guys to say no you can l purchase
