Their customer service are getting from bad to worse to unmanageable

Their customer service are getting from BAD to WORSE to UNMANAGEABLE. I have ordered from them thrice now.

The first batch was OK-OK, passable from a China quality product, not being picky or peculiar about their quality. Sizes are either too small, or TOO SMALL. Basically, it shows that their products cater to skinnier people?

The second batch was huge but I ended up with more defected products and sizes that does not fit. (I did warn my friends about unreliable measurements from the site) Worse of all, after I have made my purchase, Kate came back to me that some of my orders have 'Out of Stock' and required replacements.

I was fine with it at first, I decided to choose 1~2 replacements and the rest of the monies be refunded to me. But when I reflected back from my account, I did not realize that I was indirectly scammed in paying more shipping fee than I should (the weight of products heavily affects your shipping cost). Also, I have to nag them before they refund the money to my account in wholesale7.net (they don't seemed willing to refund back via Paypal.com)

Now, THE THIRD AND FINAL BATCH. I have only ordered and paid this recently, so I haven't receive my goods to judge the quality. Yet, being one length smarter doesn't get me anywhere.

Before I purchase in particularly leggings, I inquired if the size of my calves will fit into the cuff of the pants (cos I have bought one legging that my legs could not squeeze in AT ALL...) and if they are elastic. I haven't receive my last order at hand, so I do not know how it will turn out... As yet.

Finally, I've asked the seller if ALL THE ITEMS are available before I make payment and they replied YES and prompted me to make my payment quickly in case the item sells out. So I PAID. And guess what?

Kate just emailed me few days ago that ONE OF MY ITEM WENT 'OUT OF STOCK' and asked me to either replace the item, or refund the extra money back to my account in wholesale7.net (and what? earn the extra shipping fee from me again?)

When I complained about it and request a compensation by an extra item (of cheaper value), she refused and required me to pay the extra amount for the clothes. Talk about customer satisfaction huh...

I'm not sure if anyone of you tried to weight your own clothes (Since they put up the weight on their site to reflect the shipping charges), but I weighted mine. item HA030712: on their site, it stated '280g', on my weighing machine it was 140g. Half the weight. I tried another item YA033018, Site: 380g, Actual: 220g.

Please try yours and comment if it was the same or different from the site as well?

Even if they include the weight of the plastic bag... It won't bump up 2x of its original weight, right? So the way of marketing their products, was to make their item looks cheaper on the surface, but bump up extra weight of the product to earn 2x of the shipping fee?

I guessed I only managed to learn my lesson of avoid buying from that website after three attempts. Better late than never, eh?

Agree! I ordered 3 shoes from them. Then they told me one of my shoes is out of stock and asked if I want to be refunded or replace it with other item, so I decided to replace it since it was cheap and I really want those shoes judging from the pictures alone. Beforehand, I asked Kate (the seller) if there is any other item on my order that is out of stock which she responded 'NO' so I replace it with slightly more expensive than the initial item on which I pay within matter of minutes. Shockingly 2 days later Kate (again) sending me generated email telling me that my replacment shoes also out of stock. I became really upset and sent her long email on which she responded with only 'sorry for that' but have yet to answer why she asked me to pay more for item that is out of stock, I didn't replace that one cuz I'm already dissapointed but still trying to cheer myself of having a thought I will get 2 shoes anyway. To my horror, the shoes came only 1!! And I again sent them email demanding why they do this to me and they only replied that two items are out of stock and they refund my money.

So I got myself ripped off by this chinesse prick!! They didn't even reduce the shipping cost. I had to pay 35$ for 8$ shoes that weight less than 1kg. And I couldn't withdraw my remaining 47$ to my paypal because they only refund it into the website.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE
