Poor service to activate Router

Good day.
I received my Dstv Router on the 8th of June 2022.
Since then I am trying to activate my Router to my TV, with no success to presents.
I am constantly in contact with help@ dstv.com, with a poor service or non.
I am in the 3rd month in paying for Data, I cannot use up to date.
They make empty promises, and I already have ask them to come and collect the Unit, as I can get much better service from other Service Providers. But they keep on ignoring my request. I am frustrated with them
