William King still owes me a refund from a $895 deposit I put down on his Manning property than I changed my mind about BEFORE I signed the lease. I have emails and bank statements to prove this and it has been a YEAR and still haven’t received my deposit. I have three years to file a lawsuit and I will be moving forward. I am a yoga teacher with ties to my community here where I live. I offer free community yoga for four years, had my own studio, work with several non profit organizations, and believe in what you do to others will happen to you (Karma). He still hasn’t sent my refund so for ALL I know this person is telling the truth. His character speaks volumes! It’s giving RIP OFF!!
