In October 2018 we purchased windows and siding and we're told by the salesman it would all be completed before Christmas 2018. He even wrote that on our contract and said the siding we chose was in stock. After not hearing anything for over a month we called and we're told they were waiting on our windows. After weeks of arguing we finally got our windows.
We called back regarding siding and we're told they would not be able to meet the deadline agreed upon but they would have it completed the first part of January 2019. We received a voice mail Friday 12/28/2019 from Lauren saying they were closing in 15mins but installers would be here Wednesday January 2,3,4 to install our siding and if they didn't hear back from us they would see us Wednesday.
We tried calling back but only got voicemail we left message that would be fine. We also called Monday 12/31/2018 to see what time they would be here Wednesday. Spoke to girl said she was only one in office but took the message.
Today Wednesday January 2 after taking down fencing, security cameras etc... over the weekend we had too call because no one showed up. The same girl answered the phone and told us she hadn't scheduled us because we never called back.....and it would be the 14th would be soonest they could schedule us.....told her we wanted to speak to manager she said she was only one in office....when we played the voicemail from Lauren she said that was owners wife. Asked to speak to her or have her call back and she said Lauren was leaving country and wouldn't be back till the 14th.....we told her she needed to find someone to call us back Today, but the way it's been going with them I doubt we'll get a call back.
This is ridiculous having to take off from work and them not show up and no one in their office to discuss anything. We could've had local contractors do cheaper but they couldn't get to us till January 2019 that's why we chose Window world because we were guaranteed it would be done before Christmas.....
