Call Windstream reroutedtoiTOK(never heardof them)

I called windstream to have an email unstuck. The operator rerouted me to iTOK (with out my knowledge).Then the trouble began. James .Ashton took my call and I explained my problem. He gave me a song a dance how he would fix the email problem but there were a lot of viruses on it. $189.87 later I agreed to let them clean up the computer and do a check every 3 months to clean and fix it. DUMB DUMB DUMB Thealso conned me into a virus protection. The first 30 days were free. Believe me nothing is free. James forwarded me to Wilfred the tech. Wilfred worked on it over 2 hours and nothing. I hung up and called back this time to be transferred to Derek./. He tried over 1 1/2 and still couldn't fix it. Forgot to tell you all the time they have made remote on the computer for several hours only God knows what they did. evidently iTOK. After several phone calls and teacs and failures, I had lost all my contacts and my windows live mail was now windstream email and all my contacts were gone...No one could fix it. I had been windows live before and never gave them permission to change it and toss all my contacts outl. Then I talked to Franny, a very sweet girl that knew she could help me. After an hour she and someone else was helping her said it wasn't in them to fix it, I would have to be transferred to micro soft. Bing the phone went dead. I called 611 and was connected to Robert who I really believe was from Windstream. He said the only contact they had of me was that I call in and checked my password, iTOK evidently kept records because they would always pull them when I called. He swore I wasn't with Windstream for the long hours and nothing was done...only made worse. I asked if I was scammed and he said he would hate to think someone at Windtream would reroute my call but that is what it sounded like. He gave me a phone number and email to contact the head office about it didn't work either. No one answered or emailed back. Some girl asked me a million questions as to why I was calling management and I never did get through to the top coffice. My personal tech will take care of it (I hope) Monday. I want Windstream to pay for the charges I incur because they hired the wrong people. I did after 3 call s get my credit card money back for the iTOK and they canceled my trial period for the virus protection .I will Still be out money to fix the e mail and get my contacts back. Please tell me where to send the bill. After this week know I have no other options then to change providers. Windstream has not been fair to me. hoping to hear from you an a day or so..
