I got scammed by Guy name Alex, He called in my house offering me TV, Phone and Internet for a year for $480 . He told me to pay all the money once. I paid after he send a technician to, who gave me a receiver box from Dish. It was working fine and I was waiting for my Phone and Internet he ask me 45 again that I paid with my credit card. Then He did not send any other service while he was texting me for the Tech appointment. Then I got email from [email protected] that they don't provide phone and tv services. I ask them to cancel my TV and give me money back. They cancel the TV right away and never returned money back. they stop picking my phone. Please help me to resolve this Issue
