Problem with unknown subscription

£15 a month has been taken from my account for a subscription I am unaware of setting up. I have never used this service or received any goods or information. These are the dates £15 has been taken. April 29th 2021, June 1st 2021, July 1st 2021, August 3rd 2021, August 31st 2021, October 1st 2021, November 3rd 2921, November 29th 2021, December 29th 2021, January 31st 2022, February 28th 2022, March 1st 2022. This totals £195. I would like to know what this is for, a full refund and an immediate cancellation.

Problem with unknown subscription

The dates on my bank account are April 29th 2021, June 1st 2021, July 21 2021, August 3 2021, August 31st 2021, October 1st 2121, November 3rd 2021, November 29th 2021, December 29th 2021, January 31st 2022, February 28th 2022, March 1st 2022. This totals £195. I would like to know how this was set up, a full refund and cancelling immediately.
