Money from bank account

I have only realised I have been getting £10 a month taken from my bank account. I have checked back 3 years and this amount has been getting deducted since before then.
What can I do about this?
I have contacted my bank and they advised phoning the company. I have read reviews on your website but cannot see if anyone has received their money back.
