fraudulent charge

I have been fraudulently charged 137.94 by WMV Match.com.I do not have a subscription and don't want one.

unauthorized charge of $71.97

Four months ago in mid September I did a three month paid in full with Match.com. Specifically for the said purpose of not setting up automatic billing and was assured the paid in full type of account was a one time billing. Well, I got my student loan money deposited in my paypal account on the evening of 12-29-15, and on 12-30-15 WMV Match.com hit me again. That's stealing.
