I joined Match and cancelled within a month. I was charged the initial joining fee and again a debit was billed to my credit card the following month. When I tried to sign in to check cancellation was told the account had been resigned. I would like a credit for the last charge and no more auto charges to my credit card.

I am with Match in Canada which expires 28th May and all of a sudden I have charges on my visa for this wmv*match.com which is USA

They took the money for WMV*MATCH.COM on December 30, 2015. The service was not provided at all, but they again demand payment, although I payed $ 152.91 USD
I would like they return the money.
