I also purchased the free trial in December 2011 and received it around the middle of January. I tried it and it didn't do anything so I tried to cancel however when I rung the number on the website it didn't work so I emailed them directly. They told me that my membership was cancelled and no further payments would be debited from my account as they had already taken out around $92 + transaction fee.. Today I checked my bank statement and saw that they debited me about a week ago for the same thing. I emailed them back today and have not received a reply but if I do I will post on here to let everyone know what they said. I am going to cancel my card though as I doubt they will stop taking money out
