No update on tracking after 24/6

Hi Poslaju Malaysia,

My family sent me a parcel from Malaysia (Puchong Branch) to UK on 30th May by air, it is going to be 2 months now, I haven't received the parcel and have no update on it despite we called with all the numbers on the website, emailed, tweeting and sent DM via twitter, no response at all. I called Parcelforce UK twice to check the status, they said they haven't received the parcel and nothing they can do.

ITEM STUCK AT PARCEL HUB

Hi,my parcel stuck at parcel hub since 18/4/2020 until today 23/4/2020
I NEED MY PARCEL VERY URGENT..PLEASE GIVE SOME RESPONSE
CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT ANSWER CALL..

can i collect my parcel at parcel hub by ownself or any others delivery company?
