THESE ARE THE MOST UN-PROFFESIONAL BUNCH OF BOZOS AROUND. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER TEN YEARS NOW AS I STARTED AS A STUDENT IN UH WHERE IT WAS THE ONLY BANK.
I HAVE ABT 150K IN CASH AND I KEEP IT FAR AWAY FROM THEM AT CAPITAL ONE. NEVER IN THE 10 YEARS HAVE I BEEN SATISFIED VISITING THIS LOCATION DUNVALE. HORRIBLE STAFF AND HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. I WISH THEY WOULD CLOSE DOWN AND ALL OF THOSE BOTTOM FEEDERS HAVE NO JOBS!

woodforest bank is a joke..they have rude bank tellers and they were upset because i made deposits totaling over 10, 000 in one month. A week later I came to cash my check for 2, 000 and they said they would have to put a hold on it for 7 days???? I was so upset I had things planned for the weekend..Luckily I have credit cards but still I think they were mad because I make more money than them! I would not recommend this bank to anyone!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!
