I will never, ever purchase from them again! I ordered two wigs from them total cost $247. I gave my specific requirements (bleached knots, dark brown lace, & specific measurements), and did not receive them. I would have basically over looked the knots being bleached & the lace color, but I cannot fit the wigs because the measurements were not fulfilled! I was told I will not receive a refund, but I can send them back at my cost (shipment there & returned to me), & they will repair them! I told them NO! It took 3 weeks to receive the wigs, & now you want me to return them & pay for it! I am working with PayPal at the moment, but It's shouldn't be like this! I should have gotten what I ask for! The person I worked with was Jamie Han. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, & ANYONE WHO HAS HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANY COMPANY TO LET OTHER'S KNOW (Money definitely does not grow on trees)!

I am a hairdresser and I sell wigs from home. I have just started dealing with World Beauty Wigs, so far so good, they always answer my emails although I find the time difference hard to cope with. I appreciate your comments. PS, Michelle, is this wig European Hair or Asian? It's beautiful!
