With due respect, I Sri Shakti Narayan Samantaray, Chairman ,(AIESAC)ALL INDIA ECONOMY SURVEY AWARD COUNCIL, want to draw your kind attention that, "Super Quality Crown” & QGA Award (logo) is dishonestly adopted a company namely World Wide Achievers Pvt Ltd & being utilised for their personal benefits with deceitful attitude.
The so-called World Wide Achievers Pvt Ltd claimed itself as well as its "Business leadership Award" is very branded/popular, where as neither the company logo is registered nor the “Business leadership award" logo has been applied with the concerned competent authority prior to the uses.
In this context a case has been filed by AIESAC against said company regarding manipulative use of our logo & as per the Direction passed by Hon’ble High Court of Odisha Vide CRMPL No-1207/2015, a Criminal case has been registered at Nayapali Police Station, Vide Case No-0377,Dated:27/10/2015 against World Wide Achievers Pvt Ltd.
It is notable that, When, we extended our queries regarding the company Registration from the Ministry of company Affairs. Record of World Wide Achievers Pvt Ltd found as mentioned below,
A company namely Time Research Media Pvt Ltd, was formed in the year, 01/06/2011 (companies Act,) under the directorship of Mr.Pradeep kumar, Mukesh kumar Jha & Rakesh Dhiwan. Where as in the lateral period (i.e. on dated 19.11.2012 again, the company name has been changed to "TIME RESEARCH PVT LTD" under the directorship of Pradeep Kumar & Mukesh Jha). Peculiarly again, on dated 11.07.2013 the said company name has been changed to "WORLD WIDE ACHIEVERS PVT LTD" under the directorship of Mr.Pradeep Kumar & Mr.Arbind Kumar. The companies changed by the same group of people with a alternate name in every alternate year with different directorship & dishonestly using our Logo indicates that it is a game played by this company for any evil intention.
As Far As We Know, Your profile is very prestigious /renowned. So, on behalf of AIESAC I may request you not to entertain so called "Business Leadership Award"-2016, as the Case matter is under investigation.
