Furniture Protection complaint
I bought a leather love seat from Macy's. Loved it. After 2 years it began to crack. I was ok with that -- nothing is perfect forever. But by the end of year 3, a hole. And that was not ok. WorryNoMore refused to cover it because they claim that the hole was a result of the cracks and peels, which they claim their vaguely worded warranty doesn't cover (despite wording to the contrary of the brochure that Macy's used to sell me the Protection Plan). I filed a claim and 9 MONTHS LATER they got back to me denying the claim. I would certainly take them to court if I had the time and energy. But I don't. I also complained to Macy's but they were totally unwilling to help in any way -- like refund the WorryNoMore warranty they fradulently sold. So Macy's lost all of my future business, sadly.
