cancellation fee

I filtered Agoda cash then find acc, clicked on booking and the amount was automatically charged from my credit card, not from Agoda cash.
Then I canceled the reservation, erase the data of my credit card, use Agoda cash, and reserved.
After that, I realized, my paid amount is stuck because the cancellation fee is 100% !!!!!!
Please help. Let me know.

Miss sell - False hotel room booking confirmation

I had booked a room in Ibiza resort, Kolkata through www.agoda.com and was also sent the booking confirmation.
When I called up the hotel the booking is not confirmed.
I spoke to Alena in customer service on the number 00442030277900 on 30.05.2014 at 10.20pm indian standard time and she confirmed that the booking has been done and sent me a confirmation mail again. Later the hotel sent the mail that the booking is not confirmed. Please find the email communicfation below....They are neither confirming the booking they are telling that they will refund my money.

I am taking my family to the resort and do not want any unpleasant situation.

Please confirm whether you can arrange the hotel confirmation or you will refund my money.......
