Bad Modded Controller
I disagree with the comment regarding customer service. I have contacted them via their 'on-line chat' on 3 occassions. They have been very quick, cordial and helpful in resolving my problem within the first 2-3 minutes of describing the problem or issue at hand. Or offering solutions to help resolve my concerns (none of which were their fault or function of the unit). From a customer service standpoint, this option is far better than sitting on the telephone for a ridiculous amount of time waiting for someone in India to take your call.
