Escrow-payment Scam

Hello,
I deposit 0.19 btc for purchae of bitcoin generator software from Skynova. Product delivered to me but during running that software get fatal error. I shared that problem with seller. For 100% running that software needed 1btc balance in wallet asked by seller which were not mentioned anywhere in their website. I sent several mails about withdrawal to [email protected] but never get any answered. I though that they are cheating me and wholly support to that seller..
