I live in Fresno Ca. and this morning there were unauthorized charges taken out of my account at EECU. There was a charge for $4.70 and because I had like $2.00 in my account there is also a charge of $24.00. If you had not lied and taken money that you said you would not do then i would still be in a positive $2.00; however, you did and I would like this issue resolved immediately please. Quite frankly I am really angry! I am not sure how much information I should put on here but I also tried calling supposedly two help numbers only to get no answer. 1-806-576-2678 and 1-650-543-4800. Please handle this issue ASAP
