I would bring to your notice that the company doesnt have a registered office in INDIA and are failing to provide the same to the buyer inspite of asking for their office address repeatedly . i only got vague answers and i believe they are involved in some shady dealings . i would hence request you to look into the credentials of the company, and request them to provide details of their registered company, and avoid cheating customers of their money . thanks and regards
