Site will not let me reactivate account

Tried to log on to the web site. Site claimed that I had to reactivate my account. I never deactivated my account! Followed all reactivation instructions. Would not let me change password using email link provided. I did not deactivate my account and remember my original password. I enjoyed your app. My email is. [email protected]. I want my account reactivated. Thank you for your help.
