regarding payplanus payment

hello sir my name is HARDEEP SINGH .I HAVE JOINED TURBOPAYPLANUS ON 22 MARCH 2015 WITH ID NUMBER HARDEEP007 .BUT I DID NOT GET ANY PAYMENT IN CASH OR REFLECTED IN MY ACCOUNT .PLEASE HELP ME TO CLEAR ABOUT MY STATUS REGARDING PAYMENT EITHER BY CALLING 9501448741 OR THROUGH SMS IN CASE OF NO CONTACT THROUGH CALLING. I JOINED THE COMPANY BY PAYING RS 1000 ONLY PLEASE HELP ME REGARDING PAYMENT AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE .BECAUSE I HAVE 5 PERSONS SEEKING MEMBERSHIP BUT THEY WILL JOIN BY VIEWING MY OUTPUT AS PAYMENT
