Customer service
Scam company. Can't ever get anyone on phone unless I call at midnight. What a joke. When you get them on phone rude as hell.
I ordered product never got and they told me that everything was on the up and up. They must be getting kick back not to refund.

Have had several transactions taken from my account, in March, and April. They have all been to roblox.. I filed a complaint in April. Took 2 and a half months to get the forms for fraudulent withdrawal from my account. I filled out the forms and mailed them back. I cannot seem to get them on the phone. Try to call the fraud department and after waiting 2 hrs I am told to call back at a later date and am disconnected. I need the $143.00 returned to my account. I did not buy or give permission for any one to use my debit card to purchase online games. I do not own a computer, tablet or laptop. I am fed up not being able to get my money back. Not being able to talk to anyone or receive any satisfaction or answers. Return my money!!!!!!!!

money taken from my account
First off trying to get to anyone at that phone 3 that is listed is a joke,I have spend 21/2 days calling .Someone took $463.05 FROM MY ACCOUNT The lady whom I spoke to was no help,she said she would cancel card (of course) and they would see what they could find out..I asked about putting my money back and she said they didn't do that till it was found to be fraud.Made a police report now I can't talk to anyone because the # on card is not there since it was canceled.,can't get my money so no rent,food or RX

Discourteous & rude phone personal
Third of July, I called for my account balance and was questioning a couple of charges made against my card. After a very long wait I was connected with a representive that went by the name of Della. I spent the next 5 minutes answering questions many of them ask twice. When she was satisfied with my answers, she finally ask what I wanted. I explained that it appeared there was two identical charges of $55.08 on my card, two days apart. June 25/June 27. It was not likely that such charges could have happened and I wanted their names. Was told that it was Midas. They had ran another charge through on the 27th for $112.45. I then ask how much money was given to Midas. Her explanation was confusion. I ask again and could not get an answer. Was then ask if I wanted to talk to somebody else, I said yes and was transferred to some other person. I understood almost nothing the second person said. She had a very heavy accent, spoke rapidly & in a high pitch voice. When I ask a friend to translate for me the person hung up on me. This is the first time in the several years that I've had Direct Express and it was a discouraging experience. I still want to know how much money was paid to Midas. I signed one charge slip and it wasn't $212.61 some body is playing games with their bookkeeping. Please respond to my inquiry and advise. Jerry Wanager card number: 533248xxxxxx3138
