Zuji Singapore

Trying to get through to Zuji Singapore via email, online chat or phone for an overdue refund. However, it is impossible because they are totally unresponsive. I’m now escalating the matter to the Singapore Consumer Court (CASE), and hope it will be resolved, and the refund will be processed quickly. Avoid Zuji - a totally unprofessional company.

Air ticket

I experienced the similar case as aboved mentioned case. These Indian man is twisting story about your 1st and last name mixed up and is not liable if the airline disapprove my check -in. I was about to exposed them here.

The Indian man told me that my 1st name is not my surname or family name but in the received itinerary. I was address Mr(my surname) Last name.

This is perfectly alright as i took many air-planes i kept my ticket well and have reference. These Indian man is trying to twist here and there and for the above mentioned case by Poh Tiong Ho, this is kind of similar. They deliberately distort and change the name making nuisances and inconveniences to the traveler and ''extort $50" Who the hell would enter a wrong name with wrong sequences unless you tell me you are the 1st time traveling by plane.

These Indian man still requested my personal particular like passport etc in the name of the airline. They are obviously playing tricks here and there. Please ask them to show proof that the airline had contacted them. They are deliberately causing a lot of underhand scam to lure you into changing flights, telling tales that your name is incorrect etc.

All particulars are to be filled in the website. IE passport number, exiry date, date of birth etc. There is no chance where these people asked you to scan or take pictures for the passport and submit to them in an email. Gosh, submit to India??? You trust that? I was scammed for my passport to be sent via email to them.

Air ticket

More than one year ago, I bought two airline tickets from Singapore to Xiamen. When the tickets were printed, only the alias appeared on the ticket. My name on the passport did not appear. The same thing happened to my partner's ticket. But when filling the purchase forms, we entered both names. The tickets could not be accepted by Singapore Immigration at Changi Airport. We had to change the name on the ticket to the name on our passport cover.

Xiamen airline office in Singapore helped us to call up Zuji office in India. That office in India said the manager was busy and would call back. He or she never did.

We had to pay the penalty of S$50.00 per ticket to have the name changed. We did. According to Xiamen airline in Singapore we did not have to pay the penalty because Xiamen airline would grant Zuji the permission to reissue the ticket without paying additional charge.

Obviously Zuji was more interested to have the penalty of S$100.00. I hope others who deal with Zuji note this.
