Microsoft XBOXLIVE has misappropriated several dollars paid for upgrades on the NBA2K18 game. My account has been reset twice and monies have been stolen. The customer service department has no explanation and has no remedy and/or compensation offer for what has been explained as, "the server is down". I want my money returned immediately

Account has been reset after purchasing items and upon contacting XBOXLIVE customer service; there is no explanation of when the account will be reestablished and/or any refund for the misappropriated monies from my bank account. The customer service representative stated, "the server is down". The monies stolen need refunded immediately!

My wife has had over £2000 taken on credit cards after she purchased xbox live subscription.Purchases for fifa points and payments to paypal , my son has two email accounts one linked to my email address no payments taken other account over£ 2000
Taken over a 3.5 month period .xbox surrport say taken from his console but son crying he has not but xbox wont investigate anybfurther

I do not have an X Box and I have an unauthorized charge, for X Box Live, on my American Express card. Yes, I disputed the charge. I also want to trace the charge. I called X Box Live customer service. The representative was unable to locate or identify the card/transaction. He told me to call the bank. I explained that the AmEx Card is not issued by a bank. He put me on hold for 2 minuted. He got back on the line and told me the same thing. I asked for a supervisor and he told me they were very busy. We did this four times--for a total of 28 minutes...until I was (I'm sure in error) disconnected. So, I would like to thank Jom, the best customer service rep ever!

I do not know why I I'm being charged 4.99 on my debit card when I do not even have an Xbox live account I would appreciate if the money was returned or I will be contacting the authority's.

yes today i went to play a game of halo reach on the live account and tryin to play and then the server decides to shutdown me and sevral of my xbox live friend wanting to play and cant . second we try to call them and they said they cant do nothin about it. so i want to summit a complaint to the xbox live company.

Servers arent perfect and shutdown sometimes. Deal with it
