fraud charges on bank account

MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CHARGED SEVERAL TIMES FROM XBOX MSBILL.INF ON MY BANK STATEMENT. I CANNOT SEEM TO FIND A PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY. I DO NOT HAVE XBOX LIVE OR ANY MICROSOFT. MY BANK HAS GIVEN ME A NEW DEBIT CARD. STILL THE CHARGES KEEP COMING. NO ONE HAS MY NEW CARD NUMBER, THIS IS REALLY PISSING ME OFF!
