Faulty materials on 2005 450YFM45FAT

While using my quad the fuel guage fogged over, I assume from ethinol in Ca fuel, as I had introduced no other fuel additives at the time this happened. some time after this I had issue's with water in my fuel and carb for which I drained the fuel and added starbrite fuel conditioner per instructions , within 2-3 hours after doing this my fuel window/gauge housing completely disintegrated into much and exposed the tank and myself to fuel and the additive as I was on a trail at the time. What I am looking for is reimbusement for parts/labor to fix/repair my quad, and am asking if there is some sort of recall? If not there should be, and if repair at a facility is not within your parameters then new parts and a book to complete the repair would be welcomed as a secondary fix for this issue, as I feel I am in no way responsible for the damage caused here-from the fogging of the fuel window to its desintegration from using fuel additive. Faulty fuel window material

I have a 2005 450 YFM45FAT quad, which in 2007-2008 the fuel window fogged over, I beleive due to ethanol in the fuel in Ca. I still used vehicle this way when it started running poorly due to water in fuel so I added Starbrite fuel conditioner to help the problem according to instructions and the fuel gauge housing/window was eaten away exposing the tank to raw fuel, which is a dangerous situation. This happened very quickly I might add in the course of three hours or so. What I am seeking is repair of my tank, via a cerified repair shop, costs covered by Yamaha, or parts to repair the issue and a disc or prefferable a book to use to repair the issue and I will supply the labor. I dont feel it to be my fault that this thing fogged over, or disintegrated because I used product to specs, and want my vehicle repaired, preferrably not at my expense! I like the vehicle besides that and a couple of quirks, and hope Yamaha provides service for this issue, which will keep me a customer when it is time for me to replace my quad with another. Poor customer service

dear all
i purchased yamaha SZR feb-11. till date i get only 32 km... each time in service, i strongly recognized to found the problem. but no replay from service engineers in kerala- kollam - pallimukk. now the servicemen found after the 6 th free service that the problem in carburetor pin which was damaged. and a cost of Rs.420/-...why should I pay... is the many. difficult.. which your servicemen not found firstly... its your mistake to found that, ... I ride my bike in 5800 km in a mileage of 30-32 km... its very UN comfortable... u must pay compensation to me
