Not opening account from. Last 2 months

Dear sir,

I have submitted a new salary account opening application in 9 Feb 2018. But my account is not open at current day(17 mar2018) I have call many times in your bank and customer care but all of are not giving any positive response only giving me a time and all are not speaking with a politely I have many times say what is the issue is grown to activate the account but all are never told me any issues only giving me a time. My 2 months sly is on hold from your bank account issue plz solve my issue

yes bank employee misbehave with customer

Dear all,

Today i am visit yes bank branch of sector-18 rohini delhi.branch code is 000622.regarding re-submitted my cheque.we had deposit cheque on dated same branch. but today will received call from my home branch your cheque submitted without mention please visit nearest branch & give letter to re submitted cheque.

I am going direct cashier counter madam she forward my matter to senior,but senior Mr Neearj Bansal is BSDL In same branh directly misbehave with me he is shouting with me.i really shocked what the matter he saying time is over what i don,t understand what time is over,he saying again go and come back after 2-3 days.also he elegation to me you have misbehave with our cashier madam.4-5 employee more standing there i am going to madam counter i ask to mam i am talk with you loud sound single words at the time of conversation .she saying loudly no sir you are talk with me very very politely. who is saying you talk with me loudly or misbehave with us.i am saying Mr.Neeraj Bansal saying.he tell lie i prove all branch team he saying lie.i am fread up the same episode.i need to close mt saving account in yes bank.i am feel guilty..

helo, pl read my mail or to take any literate person for read my mail. because u do not reply my quary. i dont accept your blind repky. pl copy and store my mail (for legal opinion) i want exact answer about your activities. once again dont cheat me. i want record of your advices with date and time. tottally u r legally fr... bank.

i am kokhila. my acc is zero balance. but your inet view page tells 10000 min bal. what is this? your banking activities is not good. i think your bank cheats customers. because without your advice by ph, landline and mail, doing against customers. last year i was use your bank but now i am not inerested to use with u. because last year 800 something amt detected without advice. u r telling free debit cd but u charged. this is not ethic. i request amt last mail u phoned "we will reverse your amt" but your mail tells not to reverse. your talks is not satisfy your action. samething you are flashing aqb to me. r u working or not? pl refer all accouts and advice to all customers if your rules changing in time. pl this is my request. dont ch... cutomers. my experience with u very very bad comparing with other pvt or govt banks. i am very sorry to u. pl continue my accout with zero bal n reverse old plucked amt 800 amount u r said or i will close my account. and i will go to rbi ombudsman with all docs since joining time. pl reply as early as possible. i have no computer. so i am not c daily my account on inet. thank u.

Employee Mental Harassment and Exploitation

I am Sachin Gupta and was working for yes bank as an officer in trade finance for close to about seven months at Gurgaon, Through this prestigious forum of yours I would like to highlight the Harassment and humiliation that the employees of yesbank undergo each day. The working environment in yesbank limited is very pathetic and hostile towards its employees.

-At the time of joining itself they ask (in an informal manner though) that you have to come at 8:30 in morning but your work may strech till 9 or 10 pm, but it actually is midnight or even later than that.
as per indian labour law the maximum working hours are 8 to 10 hours depending on various situations, but here they are asking for machines and not for humans.

-The way seniors show their leadership is giving bait to subordinates in the name of better appraisal or else late working hours and diassociating their names at the time of sharing the awards or appreciation, the people who have contributed and worked day in and day out are not even nominated for their effort, and then a mail comes from HR for self appreciation, who will come forward ??

-The selection criteria is no where, no standards at all - people with relevant experience and better education qualification are given low positions and paid less as compared to their fellow team-mates, how can you ask for the team spirit when there is so much of discrimination at the root of any organisation.

-Just before the appraisal you are ladened with larger volume of work and responsibilities and your inability scores over your capability - all these are unfair barriers to advancements in ones professional carrier as this hurts mentally a lot to a person who goes throgh all this and much more.

-New appointments are delibrately kept on hold so that a definite period elapses and the person who wishes to join can not be entitled to ask for appraisal just because the person has joined the organisation just two days late.

- I feel HR department now a days is kept for guarding the rights of the employees in a way that they can not use these rights at all because these are safe and secured in those documents which they make us sign before joining, what an irony we also sign all this because we think we may never use them, How positive we are in our approach.

-Even after the employee has left the organisation the feedback the HR and Managers give to other employers is again biased and not at all justifiable which hampers one's career. This show the very corporate and ethical values being nurtured herein yesbank.

I have some regrets that I should have done this much earlier but time has come and I feel obliged that I am taking some strong steps and going out of the way to unwrap and highlight what I have been through as this satisfies me of somewhat that I am.Not like the one to be sitting with my hands folded and waiting for some angel to get me out of this mental torture and harassment at the hands of yesbank.
Organisations with such petty interest do not refrain from reaching heights by ruining the careers and playing with the emotions of its own employees.My only concern in writing this is to bring before all of you the true face of company that boast itself to be first Indian multinational bank, world's bank, people's bank, World Quality bank etc. etc,

We talk about three P's i.e people, profit and planet but here it seems like organisations have got it all new and much more i.e Punish People for Profit and forget about this Planet.

Employee Harassment and Exploitation

Dear Sir, I have the Saving (NRE) Account in Andheri branch. Response of the yes bank employees are very poor and negligent. I requested for cheque book on 10 Dec 2011. They sent through a courier, but courier has been returned back due to the door found closed, without leaving any message on my home door. After confirming from the bank and requested for sending further but not getting the response up to the 28 Dec 2011. Even I further requested through the ATM on 23 Dec 2011. Without cheque book I am facing too much problem.
