I keep getting routed back to York customer service they are the problem.
I need to let someone in management know the situation while it can still be resolved in house.
I purchased a York hvac complete new system inside and out 2/2005 I paid additionally for the parts and labor extended warranty agreement.
I believe October 2015 I called Johnson supply George white and asked for a reputable York repair firm at that time A&D mechanic was best in our area.
They checked my system said the factory service valve was bypassing - leaking Freon. I verified it was a covered part as well labor.
A&D mechanical refused to replace the failed part and even initially charged me to recharge my Freon and they sealed the service valve cap only...
Johnson supply even attempted to get them to do the repair but they refused. Johnson supply was able to get them to return the $265 hi-jacking fee I was required to pay.
I attempted several times to locate another trusted York contractor with zero success.
All of this George white has documented in his files.
York customer service says "its my responsibility" go after A&D mechanical to make them fix my system.
No dealer I called in our area accepted payment from York.
George white at Johnson supply advised me he would document these events. He did so.
He has spoke with Tonya in York technical support and she has initially refused our concerns. ..
The fact is if the technician would have preformed the required repair as approved by York I would be having these problems today. ..
I feel that what is currently going boards on the edge of insurance fraud.
York needs to stop passing the buck look at the file notes with Johnson supply and make the right decision for both myself and York.

This is my last attempt to resolve this matter between us and will refer this matter to a 3rd party. I suspect the Texas attorney General and consumer frauds department.
