I cant sign up because my birthday not correct 02/48 no day

I cant apply for You Tube Red because my birth day not correct.02/48 if day was to be included they never gave access for it. This is to be free trial one month .Then Sep 7th pay for service Google continues to get worse in their lack of service My email is [email protected] for what ever help you can give me thank you
