CHEAT COMPANY

I booked car for two days they charged me for two days rent in advance, when I gone to take the car I have found car was completely in opposite condition as it was mentioned on their website , I was shocked
I spoke to owner about the car he said talk to your drive and its so funny the yourdrive never talk they just send message how can person explain such things in words ,
also i saw their facebook page there are hundreds of unpahhy customers put their reviews
this is scam please dont pay them ,

dont pay them

They doesn't exist physically , beware before paying them , if your money gone there is no guarantee what you will receive either car or bicycle ,
they have no refund policy

Very Unprofessional

I booked car from yourdrive.co.nz but the car was in very poor condition i.e. not the same as per their website, i did not accept car from owner and inform the company yourdrive.co.nz
its almost two weeks there is no refund yet. nobody is replying
extremely bad experience .....

BEWARE DONT TRUST THEM

I have booked car for first time , they took money advanced from my visa card , when I been to collect the car I have found the car was not from the outside as it was listed in the website (yourdrive.co.nz) damaged number plate, dent on driver side door etc. even I accepted it and once I took car from the parking and drive on road have noticed horrible break pad noises and entire car was making other different type of sounds so immediately I took U turn and return car back to the owner at the same time,
I also informed the yourdrive.co.nz about the same at the same,
they took money for three days rental and i folllowup with them for up to 3(three) days for my refund but they were extremely unprofessional and never give any response in a way where i can feel they are professional,
after three days they said they will not refund my money because i refused to take car on the basis of external condition of car,
They supported car owner's word who said (hearsay) that there is no sound in car but the one who drove the car for just 3(three) minutes and paid for 3(three) days rent they dont believe.
is that justice ????
please dont trust them and dont pay them in advance.
