Why your claim the copyrights in my video . Youtube Rules is movie song used 30 seconds but I used in my video only 28 seconds . How you claim the copyrights also I uploded in my Owen video OK this is cheat...

Why you claim the copyright my video I am using my own video also I am using ony 28 second background music . YouTube Rules is film musics used to 30 second all videos but why you claim the copyright I want a answer it is cheat ..
