Multi sims are not active

SIR,
i am using multi-sim data line with primary Ac#831034821466
last month i recharged my Data Pack with SAR 300 from LULU ZAIN outlet till now my package is not updated and my multi SIM is not active called Zain customer care 4 times and requested them to lodge a complaint and issue a ticket number(CS 61493208) the response was...some one from the technical team will call me till now no one called us to resolve the issue ...kindly check ..my multi sim are still inactive.....please resole pending issue....its more than one month now ...no solutions yet from Zain
