Poor Connection Service

Since the National Holiday on September 23, 2017 up to now, I'm receiving very poor internet connection unlike before.
and am always paying in advance SAR 150 instead of SAR 149 only(monthly basis) before the due of my Zain Internet Post Paid.
Can some body from the ZAIN company fix the issue of very slow connection?
Please consider the amount that we waste for having poor connection, your customer don't deserved this problem.
