Dear Sir/Madam, Really sorry to say that the issue is still not resolved. Am attaching mail recd. from zain for the confirmation of 313.95 SAR recd. for data card no - 831036795919 @ Date: 10.01.2018 Time (KSA): 7:01 PM.

5%VAT deducted twice & Service not rendered

Dear Sir/Madam, This is Anil Kumar Gorajala holding Iqama no-2365990551. On 10-Jan-18 i recharged my zain data card for SAR299/- - 200GB for 3 Months. Unfortunately VAT of 5% was deducted twice to me once in my credit card a/c & other in the main balance of SAR299/-. Because of this i was not able to activate my service. I have raised a complaint immediatedly with CS no-CS0000058307843 but till date i have not recd. any reply from zain. I continuously call zain & get in touch with them with the help of zain live chat but they keep on saying it is under process. This is a basic calculation which should have been taken care of before the VAT implementation in Zain system. Why the 5% VAT is deducted twice from the customer. My money is with zain for the last 4 days & i have not recd. any response. Why should the customer suffer because of Zain service provide issue. Sorry to say Zain being such a large organisation & this kind of silly mistakes are not at all acceptable. Mistakes do happen but to rectify that it is taking so much time that even after 4 days the issue is not resolved, its really a pathetic situation. Request you to to kindly advise your good office to take this concern/complaint to zain in a proper way to address it immediately. For 4 days my money is in zain account for which i have not received any services, i ask a question here, will zain accept a customers request to pay the bill after the due date, immediately the services will be discontinued if the bill is not paid. If that is the case Zain should also reciprocate in similar way by either recrediting the money back to the account or the issue should get resolved. Here both have not happened, neither the money is re-credited nor the service is rendered moreover there is no proper response also. Pls ask the concern to take this very serioulsy & handle the customer with care & due deligence. Pls adive zain to appoint customer care executives who can give answers & who has some basic knowledge about the sytem in which they are working. I need my services to be activated immediately without any further delay & wanted service charge of (SAR299+5%VAT) - total of SAR313.95/- in my account. Hoping to get a reply atleast now after raising a complaint with the complaint board.
