Me azizia/mecca zain office me pay to money to recive to zain wifi modem last one month working good condition but last night to not working in my wifi modem the modem is not send to network signal *(HUAWEI MODEL:B315s-936)* its my modem model number and today moring i'm going to azizia zain office but the worker is not satification to our working very worst handling to customer comlaint so u imediatly action to proper woring to in my networkand the worker not telling to proper resion so u tell whats the resion of my modem is not working
