14 month Contract issue

Dear Sir,
Sub : Expression of concern and request for bill cancellation.
Reference: Contract Number : 1001136505, Number : 36775151
I have taken an I phone 6s Devise on 07-04-2016 with postpaid offer for BD.30/- per month (14 month Contract). My number is Zain Bahrain: 36775151 and the contract is matured/completed on 07-06-2017. I approached your men at Bahrain Seef Branch (Isa Town) for cancellation of sim and they advised me that, I can use the offer till 21-07-2017 and better to cancel after that.
For this reason, I again visited Isa town Branch for cancel the number and make my number to pre-paid. The lady seated there collected my money (Received Receipt) and advised me that the contract is cancelled already from June 6th and I can get new offers from zain and advised for do not make it prepaid. She shall keep BD.5/- in my account and I can use it for anytime within 3 months from 6th June 2017 for a new better plan or making it prepaid.
Believing her words, I paid extra BD.5/- dinar and awaited for new Zain offers. I am inspired one of your offer add (BD.9.5/- I phone 7, 128GB) and visited your branch yesterday 19-07-2017 for purchase it.
Surprisingly, your staff told me that the contract is not cancelled and there is a new bill of BD.30/- in my account and I should have pay that immediately. I raised my above contentions in this regard but they are not willing to give new I phone offer .and threatened me that if it is not paid and closed there will be further extra BD.30/- bill on next month. After long arguments, they told that they shall cancel the previous contract on 19-07-2017 and I shall pay the bill soon.
The act of Zain employees were not legal and moral one. My contract was already finished on 06-06-2017. And paid all dues as per your employees’ instruction on 22-06-2017. Charging further BD.30/- is not legal for an ended contract. For these matters I faced lot of mental agony and pain which cannot be expressed in words. Charging for a non using sim for such a huge price is cannot be compelled to pay by me.
Thus, I hereby call upon you that kindly cancel the new bill raised on my number: 36775151 (Zain Bahrain) at the earliest within three days from today. Otherwise I shall face irreparable loss and injury. I do not have any other way except approach Bahrain courts for a redress.
