Purchased a 16 oz box of the original and so many of the saltines were crumbled. I don't know if it was the store or the packaging. Most are unusable for toppings--only good to use where they were going to be crumbled anyway.

No way to daintily retrieve the super thin crackers from the sleeve. THEY BREAK AS YOU TOUCH ONE. The layers are mocking some pastries. Crackers are not considered a pastry. The crackers tops separate from the bottom layer of the cracker. Then trying to get one side it breaks into crumbs. If I manage to get one cracker to apply peanut butter; that creates a mess as you watch it falls on my clothes. Trying to lessen the PB mess is a predestined failure. Then, I realized that your poorly made crackers mostly fall on the table or floor. THAT IS A GOOD THING. You are taking too many cuts on making the dough and the baking the product. No salt. Tastes like raw flour and water. YUK!! WHERE’S THE SALT?!

CONCLUSIONS: (1)You have a MAJOR PROBLEM WITH YOUR QUALITY CONTROL—there is absolutely NONE. (2) You have NO QUALITY CONTROL. (3) You employ people who cannot read and follow your secret recipe. DUMP THAT RECIPE. (4) Most probable is the hierarchy has issued a mandate to make it cheaper, raise the prices, and “let them eat cake”—cake means the burnt crumbs found in ovens of King Louis and Queen Antoinette that was given freely to their servants to eat. See, how that worked out.
