$50 scam from zoom-xchange.biz
I made an exchange of $50 egopay to perfect money on 3rd of march 2014, with http://zoom-xchange.biz but never got my perfectmoney account funded, i wrote to them and this was there reply

since 3rd of march to this date 14th of march that am making this complaint i have not recieved my refund. i have written to them on many occassion about my refund, with no reply.
