paid for services I cannot access

I have paid time remaining and I have not been able to access my zoosk account since November 13, 2019. It says that I have been blocked by a zoosk administrator. Customer service says this is not so but has not been able to restore my service after more than six calls to them.I have called the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau and lodged complaints. I urge others to do so that we all might be able to have a class action lawsuit. Also I believe zoosk has a security issue because they have acquired an email for me which I never provided to them and is not the one I used for my subscriber purchase.
